ECONOMY MODEL – detailed description
Economy model comes in one and two bedrooms options. It is home designed for couples or family of 4 when two bedrooms.
It one of hours’ smaller models up to 3.6 m in width and 11 m in length. Regardless of being an economy it is still residential spec.
Wall thickens is 170 mm with rock wall insulation of 100 mm, ceiling height 2.4 m where we differ from other mobile homes manufacturers where ceilings line does not exceed 2.1 meter.
Home comes with fitted kitchen which includes integrated fridge freezer, integrated gas or electric hob, integrated cooker and extractor fan.
Home comes with fully fitted shower room which includes toilet pan, sink with the pedestal, mirror cabinet, shower cubicle and mixer taps.
In this model we install upvc double glaze windows opening inward, another advantage due to our wall thickness, in total comes with 6 windows and one double door.
Electrics are fitted throughout home with led ceiling lights and double sockets, tv points are installed in living room and bedroom also home comes with usb ports for mobile phone charging.
Each bedroom is equipped with one wardrobe and beds.
Heating and cooling is installed depending of needs of the country where is being fitted, where required homes will come with gas powered central heating what includes 6 radiators, same gas heating is fueled with lpg bottled gas and usage of gas it is very economic due to heavy home insulation which prevents loss of heat or coolness.
Homes are placed on heavy rsj profiled chassis with wheels, once home is placed at the resting place becomes supported by concrete pillars what provides solidness to home, therefore it is absolute feel of an ordinary foundation with.

Exterior of home comes in three different finishes but number of colors and these are: wooden cladding, pvc cladding and cement based facade of course we will always recommend best material to be used for climate where homes to be placed.
